- No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
- Regular Returns– Returns of unopened products are accepted for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You must notify us in advance that you will be returning an item. This can be done by e-mail, telephone, regular mail or our contact form. All of the information needed to contact us in any of these ways is here. Customers who make a return without notification will not receive a refund. If you make a return with proper notification, you will be refunded the full price of all unopened items in your return, less shipping. There are no restocking fees associated with any returns. We do not pay for return shipping.
- Returns of Defective Merchandise– If you have a product that is defective please contact us within 30 days so that we may determine the best way to properly address your needs. This is necessary because some instances will not require the return of the item and will save on return shipping costs. This is to be judged by us on a case-by-case basis. All items deemed by us to be legitimately defective will entitle the customer to a full refund, less shipping.
- Orders Damaged in Shipping– All of our orders are shipped by Priority Mail and are fully insured. Contact us immediately if you receive any items that have been damaged in shipping so that a claim can be filed with USPS.
